Free accounts - Netflix, Steam, Xbox & more
How do account drops work?
We drop free accounts (Netflix, Steam, Xbox, etc.) regularly. Just click "Show Credentials" to reveal the login details and use them.
The account password was changed / not working
Since accounts are free and shared, another user may have changed the password. Try the next available drop or wait for new ones.
How often are new accounts dropped?
New accounts are dropped regularly. Keep checking the dashboard or enable notifications to stay updated on fresh drops.
Can I request a specific account type?
We drop what's available. If you need a specific type, create a support ticket and we'll try to help when possible.
Should I change the password after getting an account?
No, please don't change the password. These are shared free accounts — changing the password prevents other users from accessing them.

Join and win premium accounts
How do I join a giveaway?
Go to the Giveaways page, find an active giveaway, and click the "Join" button. You must be logged in to participate.
How are winners selected?
Winners are randomly selected when the giveaway timer ends. Each participant has an equal chance of winning.
Why wasn't I selected as a winner?
Giveaways are random — keep joining! The more giveaways you enter, the better your chances. New giveaways are posted regularly.
Where can I see if I won?
Check the giveaway page — completed giveaways show the winner. You'll also see it in your profile if you won.

What is Temp Mail?
Temp Mail gives you a disposable email address that receives real emails. Use it for signups, verifications, or any time you don't want to share your real email.
How long does a temp mail last?
Temp mail addresses are temporary and expire after a set period. Copy any important information you receive before it expires.
I'm not receiving emails on Temp Mail
Wait a few seconds and refresh. Some emails take time to arrive. If still nothing, try generating a new temp mail address.

What is Creator Hub?
Creator Hub is your personal link-in-bio on Aura Drops at /h/yourname. Open /creatorhub while signed in and design your page — avatar, FX backgrounds, music, socials, and links. Turn Published on and Save to go live.
What are Short Links?
When enabled, the Short Links tab inside /creatorhub lets you shorten URLs and earn from visits. Set a payout method first, create links, and share them. Optional custom landing pages use /l/… on our domain.
How do I start earning from short links?
Go to /creatorhub, open the Short Links tab, set your payout method, then create and share a shortened link. Stats update about every 3 hours.
When do short-link payouts happen?
Payouts are processed in the 1st or 2nd week of the next month (sometimes extending to week 2 if delayed). Minimum payout is $1.
How do I add or delete Creator Hub pages?
At the top of the editor at /creatorhub, use the Pages row: click chips to switch, + New page to add (up to 10, or 20 with booster), and the red Delete button to remove a page and free its slug. You must keep at least one page. See docs.
How does Creator Hub preview work?
The preview panel on the right has Live preview (unsaved edits), Sketch (quick layout), and Published (saved live page). Use Desktop/Mobile toggles, Mute in preview for silent test, and ↻ to refresh. Click ▶ in the preview to test music.

Common issues and fixes
I can't log in to AURA DROPS
Make sure your email and password are correct. Try "Forgot Password" to reset it, or log in with Google if you signed up that way.
The website is loading slowly
Clear your browser cache, disable extensions, or try a different browser. If the issue persists, it may be temporary server load.
I forgot my AURA DROPS password
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and check your inbox for the OTP to reset your password.
How do I report a bug or issue?
Create a support ticket through the Messages tab with a description of the issue and screenshots if possible. We'll look into it ASAP.
Is AURA DROPS completely free?
Yes! Account drops, giveaways, temp mail, and the rest of our features are free to use. No hidden charges.
